The Puritan identity. On a journey to a better country (Hebrews 11:16), going further up and further in to the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God (Romans 11:33) by laboring to delight in the law of the LORD and meditate on it day and night (Psalm 1:2) while the war and conflict relentlessly rage on until Christ comes (Romans 7:22-25) or calls me home.

The Gospel: Jesus Wants The Rose!
So he told them this parable: "What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he has lost one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the open country, and go after the one that is lost, until he finds it?" Luke 15:3-4
Wow. I just about fell out of my chair. That little clip is priceless.
Perhaps the guy on stage never walked side by side with someone who was actually struggling with their sin and needed the gospel applied to their soul.
A good reminder for us to be gospel-centered. If we are going to show people the law, then we have better also show them the good news that Jesus wants those who find themselves broken and contrite in heart because of the law.

Wow... Both with respect to the guy Chandler is talking about, and for the power of the message: Jesus wants the rose! Thanks, Chris!
