Helping Haiti

I do not mean that others should be eased and you burdened, but that as a matter of fairness your abundance at the present time should supply their need, so that their abundance may supply your need, that there may be fairness. As it is written, "Whoever gathered much had nothing left over, and whoever gathered little had no lack."
2 Corinthians 8:13-15

I had seen this earlier through Mark Driscoll's tweets. Are you on twitter? He's a regular tweeter although it seems he mainly tweets stuff that he posted on Facebook. John Piper seems to be a more regular tweeter.

Oh, as for the video, it was very moving. He tweeted about a video that Mars Hill was planning to put together for their Sunday service. I wonder if it is the same one.

Hey Rob,

No, I'm not on twitter. Hopefully it will stay that way. =)

I've been on it a while. I haven't found it much different than any other form of communication except that the number of characters are limited, so you know you will not have to read much to get the message. It's basically like signing up for someone's mailing list. It seems to be a primary or first place of communication to the world for some people, so if you don't see their tweets, your, in a sense, missing their emails to you. If you haven't tried it, I would suggest trying it out and seeing for yourself.
